Whether it is your fault or not, being involved in an accident is often a very stressful experience and this is why we have introduced our Accident Management service to make things a little easier. Instead of making multiple phone calls, you can simply make one quick call to us here at Macklin Motors and we will take care of all the work on your behalf completely free of charge. We will arrange for your car to be delivered to one of our Scottish service centres where it will be checked out by our highly skilled technicians.

What Can Macklin Motors Accident Management do for you?

If your car is not road legal, we will arrange for your vehicle to be recovered from anywhere in mainland UK and returned to our authorised repairer.

We will get in touch with your insurance company and inform them of your chosen repairer.

Finally, if the accident was not your fault, you can also benefit of a replacement vehicle of at least the model and specification* you have now, while your car is being repaired by our highly trained technicians.
