I would like to express my thanks to all the team when I had to replace my car following an accident. The service was great and the staff very friendly. I particular I would like to thank my sales person who not only helped me through the whole process but also, because I currently am unable to drive having sustained injuries in the accident, delivered the car to my front door.

Having recently taking delivery of a Citroen C1 from the Derby branch and dealing over the telephone. i must say the level of service was exceptional from the first call made to enquire about the vehicle to the actual delivery to Scotland, he was at my door on time as promised and the car was delivered in pristine condition. Having worked in the motor trade now for over 15 years i know how good it is to receive pleasant feedback as too many people are quick to criticize in this area obviously they are trying to see what else they can squeeze out of the dealership and i feel not enough praise is sent where it is needed and this is certainly one of these areas where it is needed Keep up the good work guys and i will be recommending you to anyone that's interested and hopefully be back myself in 18 months

I recently purchased a brand new ford ecosport from new car sales man. He was an excellent sales man and went out of his way to ensure we got the vehicle we were looking for. He regularly kept me up to date with the progress of the delivery of our vehicle. Over all excellent service. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from Macklin motors again

I have already filled out a Ford survey but wanted to let you know directly that I dealt with a Sales Executive at Hamilton with regards to a motability vehicle and the service was brilliant nothing was a bother and made to feel like you were in charge of the situation not pressured in any way pleasant manner great knowledge of all cars and already recommended a family member who has now also received their car from him and was dealt with in the same manner, a credit to the company and if there is any awards going, he should definitely get one for his attitude and skills he has in dealing with the customers.

After owning 2 Hyundai Coupes, both of which did nearly 200,000 miles. I've just ordered a Tucson. My only regret is that now I've retired, I'll have to use a dealer nearer home. The Team at Macklins in Sighthill have been great.

Car was in for MOT at Macklin & can't praise them high enough. First time lve been sent a video clip showing part of the service being carried out & how my car looks underneath. Very helpful idea & worthwhile. Staff are very helpful & polite. Always made to feel welcome. Nothing is too much bother.
