I bought a brand new EcoSport in June, I love it, it is my pride and joy!! A few weeks ago I noticed that the indicator on the passengers side wing mirror had water in it. I immediately contacted the Sales Executive who sold me the car, he asked me to bring it in as soon as I could, He had a look agreed it wasn't right and contacted the service department. A new one was ordered there and then. When the part arrived they fitted me in the next working day to have it replaced. Spoke to the Sales Executive who kept me updated during the repair and I had my car fixed while I waited. Great service from both Sales and Service Department. Thanks

Superb service at Ford Glasgow. Special praise to the receptionist, I felt as if I was the only person she had to deal with, nothing seemed to be a problem ,and a mention to the driver who took me home for my driving license for courtesy car, very friendly guy hope he goes far.

The service from the salesman have been second to none, and have delivered a service over and above what is expected when buying a car, nothing was too much trouble and the sale of the fiesta was a great experience. I wanted to take the time to praise the knowledge of one of your staff. His works in new car sales in the Darnley branch. He took a lot of time explaining the various Nissan Juke models to my Mum and arranged a test drive . He explained all the features and was extremely professional. He ensured he provided us with different and varied payment plans to suit our needs and was extremely polite and well mannered and not pushy. I hope that this can be passed to the branch as we feel he set an excellent example to your company.

Having had my car now for just over a month, I would like to it is the best car I have had! I would also like the thank the motability specialist for arranging this car for me and also looking after me during the whole process. He was very courteous and polite and is a credit to motability. When i'm due to change in 3 years, I will make sure to see him to arrange this for me.

I would like to praise the Executive to assisted me for all his help and support that I received today. I was encountering problems regards my brakes on my vehicle and I was considering cancelling the service plan and taking my business else where, however he excelled and went the extra mile for me to resolve all my problems.
