I have to say the customer service was fantastic. The Executive who dealt with me looked after our needs, wants and desires, he was friendly, warm and very trusting. Definitely an asset to the company, until speaking to him my customer service experience had been poor elsewhere but he restored my faith, so much so that when returning with my daughter we asked for him. This young man deserves the honour of employee of the month! Keep up the excellent customer service!

She not only solved the problem for me on the phone (which then avoided me trying to find a time to get my car into the garage when I use it all day for work) she was pleasant, helpful, good humored and very respectful. I would like to express my thanks to all the team when I had to replace my car following an accident. The service was great and the staff very friendly. I particular I would like to thank my sales person who not only helped me through the whole process but also, because I currently am unable to drive having sustained injuries in the accident, delivered the car to my front door.

Having recently taking delivery of a Citroen C1 from the Derby branch and dealing over the telephone. i must say the level of service was exceptional from the first call made to enquire about the vehicle to the actual delivery to Scotland, he was at my door on time as promised and the car was delivered in pristine condition. Having worked in the motor trade now for over 15 years i know how good it is to receive pleasant feedback as too many people are quick to criticize in this area obviously they are trying to see what else they can squeeze out of the dealership and i feel not enough praise is sent where it is needed and this is certainly one of these areas where it is needed Keep up the good work guys and i will be recommending you to anyone that's interested and hopefully be back myself in 18 months
