I would like to inform you of my experience with Maklin Motors (Nissan) at Glasgow, from the first contact with your saleswoman she was very helpful and not to pushy when we were deciding to update our car, when entering the showroom,there was a warm welcoming presence that automatically put you to ease, we were offered drinks and it wasn't to much trouble to change my coffee to decaf and my 7 year old was fussed over with drinks and crisps and some colouring books to keep her entertained which was much appreciated, when introduced to the sales manager I thought the hard sale would begin and I pleased to say there was no pressure and he couldn't have been more helpful as we had a budget in mind, I was pleased with my choice a Nissan Note N-Tec and when picking the car up we liked again the fuss they made over us, especially when you are spending a lot of money, you want the experience to be memorable which it was, your staff is credit to you and I would like to say a big thank you to them all.
