I thought i would take the time to let you know that he service i received from the sales executive was exceptional and is the only sales person that i would buy a car from as he delivers what he promises and also his knowledge and skill is far by best i have known hence why this is my third car from Macklin Motors. Also the follow up was very welcoming asking if everything was all good throughout and if i had any issues not to hesitate to call him should the occasion arise, this is the reason i have took time to send this and let you know what a great level of service is provided to customers and shouldn't go unnoticed

I went in to look at cars Ford one in Darnley and got young chap who was really helpful had a test drive automatic car same day Saturday happy with car and I got great service from all staff I spoke to hence bought car pick it up tomorrow happy bunny...:') also my partner interested in car also with same branch...

I have dealt with them in Glasgow twice with my car their customer service was spot on I even got a video from them with they guy under my car explaining the problem and when my car was booked in I took it in a day late and they dealt with it had it back the same day a few hours later.

Great service again from the Service department, even received a video explaining the problem with my car. Even though my car was booked in, I took it in a day late my vehicle was dealt with and back within a few hours.

I viewed cars at Ford Hamilton, and the sales executive was really helpful, test drove an automatic
car on the Saturday. The service and attention received from all staff was great, and I pick up my car tomorrow, I am a "happy bunny".
