I would like to inform you of my experience with Maklin Motors (Nissan) at Glasgow, from the first contact with your saleswoman she was very helpful and not to pushy when we were deciding to update our car, when entering the showroom,there was a warm welcoming presence that automatically put you to ease, we were offered drinks and it wasn't to much trouble to change my coffee to decaf and my 7 year old was fussed over with drinks and crisps and some colouring books to keep her entertained which was much appreciated, when introduced to the sales manager I thought the hard sale would begin and I pleased to say there was no pressure and he couldn't have been more helpful as we had a budget in mind, I was pleased with my choice a Nissan Note N-Tec and when picking the car up we liked again the fuss they made over us, especially when you are spending a lot of money, you want the experience to be memorable which it was, your staff is credit to you and I would like to say a big thank you to them all.

My vehicle was in under a warranty issue and I was meant to have courtesy car previously booked but there had been some sort of error. This is when the Service Adviser and Manager sorted me out with a replacement car which was outstanding. I also like coming to this dealership as the moment you walk in the door it's professionalism from all. Thank you to the team for rectifying the situation a day earlier than planned.

First of all can I congratulate you on your new flagship Nissan Dealership at Port Dundas I purchased my Nissan Note in November 2015 from the Executive there who was only weeks in the job as a salesman I booked my car in a few weeks through your head office and was impressed by another guy who asked what day suited me so I was booked in for today. When I arrived at 8 a m this morning I was greeted with a welcome smile from one of the women then the service advisor came out to welcome me to the flagship dealership. When I returned to pickup the car he gave me a brief tour of showroom and parts dept of which I purchased a keying, the young chap was very polite and courteous and had only been with you for 7 months. My car was brought to the front all washed and hovered out and a complimentary air freshener. Can I just say 10 out of 10 to all your staff I have worked in the motor trade for 42 years in the taxi side, so its nice to give credit where due.Keep up the good work

Excellent customer service from the service team at Nissan Darnley, service manager and the girl service advisor were great in taking my car into get fixed without a booking. Car was washed and hovered too.

I came to view the car on bank holiday weekend and met with the Business Manager who let us view the vehicle inside the show room as it was raining outside, very thankful and it was a great idea. I then took the vehicle for a test drive with the Sales Executive who very patiently took me and my family for a long test drive to my home to see if the car would fit in our garage and it did so we came back and purchased the car. Very impressed with Sales Executives service and recommend Nissan North Balmore

I wanted to take the time to praise the knowledge of one of your staff. His works in new car sales in the Darnley branch. He took a lot of time explaining the various Nissan Juke models to my Mum and arranged a test drive . He explained all the features and was extremely professional. He ensured he provided us with different and varied payment plans to suit our needs and was extremely polite and well mannered and not pushy. I hope that this can be passed to the branch as we feel he set an excellent example to your company.

I would like to thank the girl on the service desk for juggling her workload to accommodate me following a breakdown to my Qashqai. Her customer facing skills coupled with some good humour are a valuable asset to Macklin Motors.

Can you please pass on my feedback to the manager/supervisor of the young woman who I spoke to this morning on the phone re my car.. She not only solved the problem for me on the phone (which then avoided me trying to find a time to get my car into the garage when I use it all day for work) she was pleasant, helpful, good humored and very respectful.
