I would like to inform you of my experience with Maklin Motors (Nissan) at Glasgow, from the first contact with your saleswoman she was very helpful and not to pushy when we were deciding to update our car, when entering the showroom,there was a warm welcoming presence that automatically put you to ease, we were offered drinks and it wasn't to much trouble to change my coffee to decaf and my 7 year old was fussed over with drinks and crisps and some colouring books to keep her entertained which was much appreciated, when introduced to the sales manager I thought the hard sale would begin and I pleased to say there was no pressure and he couldn't have been more helpful as we had a budget in mind, I was pleased with my choice a Nissan Note N-Tec and when picking the car up we liked again the fuss they made over us, especially when you are spending a lot of money, you want the experience to be memorable which it was, your staff is credit to you and I would like to say a big thank you to them all.

I recently purchased a used car from Macklin Nissan on Wellbeck Road in Darnley. It was my first time buying a used car and the service provided by your staff was exemplary from start to finish. From my first visit to the branch I was made to feel very welcome, and did not encounter the hard sell attitude I'd struggled with at many other dealerships in and around Glasgow. Both salesmen that I dealt immediately put me at ease, and led me through the sale with the perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. Being in sales myself, I can fully appreciate the amount of time and effort that your company must spend training your staff in customer service.

I am writing to express my delight with the new car I purchased last week from Macklin Motors, Glasgow. My friend did all the online searching and initial approaches, managing to find me a car that fulfilled all my specifications. I have never before even considered buying in this way, but the excellent service I received from the branch means that I would not hesitate to do so again in the future (although hopefully not too soon). I now have an excellent deal on an almost new car. The manner in which I was treated was polite and professional, yet also personal and friendly.

Just like to say that I'm delighted with my new Nissan cube I purchased from Macklin Motors in Darnley. The salesman was wonderful and very patient with me talking me through all the different gadgets in the car. I've been in a few times with queries (how does this work) feeling a bit silly but this is no problem they take the time to show me. These boys are very professional and do a great job always offering u a cup of tea. I love my car and enjoyed this experience and didn't feel under any pressure. This is the third car I've purchased and can honestly say the service at Macklin Motors was the best. I'll be popping back in as the boys are putting on my personal reg.

I would just like to say that Sales Executive made me feel very special from the moment I came in to the showroom up till I took my new car away. He was friendly, professional and a great credit to your company. He wasn't pushy and really made the whole experience very enjoyable for me. There was some nice little touches like the way my car was presented when I collected it. The whole deal suited me exactly from start to finish and he made it that little bit special.

Recently my husband and I bought 2 used cars from your Glasgow showroom. We were served by a Sales Executive who is a credit to your company very down to earth, courteous and efficient and kept us informed every step of the way. Thank you all, and we wish you every success for the future.
