You can find your closest Macklin Motors dealership by entering your postcode on the booking form, or searching for your local dealership.
How long will my appointment last?
Your appointment will take between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on what you would like to discuss.
Can I amend the date/time of my appointment?
Absolutely. If you need to make a change to your booking, just contact your local dealership and a member of our team will help sort this for you.
What type of thing can I discuss at my appointment?
Our team will be able to answer any queries that you may have around our vehicles, test drives, your finance options, and any extras such as service plans that you might be interested in.
Our video calls are very similar to our dealership appointments - so you don't need to worry that you won't get the same experience as you would in-store. You will still be able to discuss the same things, and we can show you any models that you are interested in over video.
A member of our team will contact you before your appointment, to find out what you would like to discuss. This will ensure that we have everything ready for you on the day.
Do I need to bring anything specific to my dealership appointment?
All you need to bring to the dealership is yourself and your driving licence. We can take care of everything else, including refreshments, a wide choice of quality vehicles and expert advice!
How do the video appointments work?
A few minutes before your appointment is due to start, we will send you a link via email or text (as arranged in your pre-appointment call). You just need to click the link in the message and your advisor will be ready waiting for you.
If I want to make a purchase following a video call, how do I do this?
Everything can be taken care of online, so you don't have to come into the dealership if you don't want to. All documents can be signed via our e-sign process, and we can deliver your vehicle to you, or you can use our Click and Collect service.
