We had a fantastic buying experience from the Sales Executive. The Sales Executive was very good in listening to our requirements and exceeding our expectations. We felt at ease and no pressure in making any decision and felt like we could be honest with them. Normally car sales executives are stereotyped as an area of concern and heavy pressure, however with more people like the sales executive we dealt with car sales executives won't be given a bad name! We were very well looked after and felt very welcome, especially as we were coming all the way from Coventry, England to buy the vehicle. I didn't think I'd ever say this, but I will be calling the Sales Executive next time I buy a car! Keep it up!

The Mobility Sales Executive, is a credit to your company. Whilst buying new car they arranged a car with all the spec that I wanted, they then explained every piece technology that was in the car. They advised my wife and I to test drive the vehicle, which we did and made our minds up right away that was the car for us. During the process of the car being built, the Sales Executive kept us up to date regarding the build and when we would receive the car. I will not hesitate to recommend Macklin Motors Paisley.

Having gone to another dealership (Arnold Shark I mean Clarke) and ordered a black Tucson N line I was told it was on the boat and in the way to the UK , it would be here on the 16/09/2020 collection was set for 18/09/2020. 6 days before collection I got the dreaded phone call it was going to be another 6/8 weeks and there was absolutely none in the UK. I called your Edinburgh west dealership and got put in contact with a Sales Executive and OMG within 6 days I had my new car same make and model just a different colour which, I like better than the black one ordered. The Sales Executive was just the absolute best and kept me well informed of the progress of my application, reg plate everything. This Executive, in my eyes, worked extremely hard and created a miracle in 6 days for me. The aftercare has been amazing and the Sales Executive has kept in contact to make sure everything is okay which we've never had from another dealer before. I honestly can't praise or recommend them enough. I believe in paying it forward and with how amazing the Sales Executive has been they deserves recognition of that so much so that I have also contacted Hyundai to tell them what an outstanding Sales Executive they have been. Like where did youse hide that little diamond of an executive? You need to clone them and put a little one of them in all your dealerships.
The Service Advisor was helpful, informative and efficient, advising me regularly how my vehicles service was progressing. Received service video, showing me the actual condition of tyres, exhaust etc. whilst i was waiting on my vehicle being washed and vacuumed. Very happy with the friendly efficient service i received at Macklin Ford Dunfermline

Dear Sirs, following a major problem with my car on the day which your dealerships temporarily close I contacted you again on Monday 30th March and spoke with an agent. I explained my situation and he agreed to book my car into Macklin, Seafield, Edinburgh. I dropped it off with the Service manager on the 31st and they called me later that morning advising of the problem. I agreed to the work as my car is necessary because of my wifes health. Much to my delight the car was ready to collect later that day. Can I put on record my thanks to the service manager and their team for their fantastic help and can I also say that anytime I deal with this location all staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Please ensure my thanks are passed to the team and if possible highlighted to your CEO.
I would just like to thank the sales exec for all their help in getting me the car that I was looking for. I had a concern about the service contract. The manager dealt with the issue, listened, reported back and resolved the matter. They also apologised for a short delay and responded on a Saturday initially as they had been unable to deal with the matter during the week.
