Get more from your car servicing with a Priority Service Plan. Save up to 25% compared to one-off service rates and spread the cost with interest-free monthly payments.

The plan includes the cost of servicing, servicing parts, labour, and VAT. You can also include your MOT for the full package. Routine servicing not only provides a full-service history but can also retain your car's resale value.

Basic servicing

Is your car no longer under warranty? Our basic service plan is the ideal choice. It isn't required to follow guidelines set out by the manufacturer but keeps your car running smoothly at a cost-effective price.

A basic service includes:

  • Oil change and filter
  • Topping up levels
  • Full visual health check
Full Service

Full manufacturer servicing

If your car is still under warranty, we would recommend the full manufacturer service. This is personalised to your car's age and mileage. It also follows servicing and maintenance recommendations from the manufacturer. As each manufacturer has different guidance, checks on items and part replacements can be different on each service.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to pay anything upfront when I join Priority Service Plan?

Your first payment will be taken 30 days after joining Priority Service Plan and you won't be asked to pay anything upfront unless your car service is due.

To benefit from a further discount, you can also pay one lump sum if you prefer.

Does Priority Service Plan offer me a discount?

When you join Priority Service Plan, you can benefit from up to 25% savings compared to one-off service rates.

Will the cost of my service plan increase during the three years?

There's no need to worry about unexpected price increases, the price of your Priority Service Plan is fixed for the full duration of your plan.

Can I get a courtesy car if my car is in the workshop?

At Macklin Motors, all customers can take advantage of complimentary courtesy cars* whenever your vehicle is in one of our workshops. Booking is quick and easy - simply book online or over the phone, but we do ask that you book in advance.

*Subject to availability and insurance administration fee

To book a courtesy car, you must:

  • Be between the ages of 21 - 85
  • Have held a license for a minimum of one year
  • Have no more than 9 points in the last three years
  • Have no disqualifications in the last five years

If you are under 21, you must have held your license for a minimum of one year and have no points.

What happens to my service plan if I change my car?

If you do decide to change your car, you have the option to transfer your Priority Service Plan to another vehicle at any time. Simply get in touch with our aftercare team, and they will be happy to transfer any remaining funds.

Do I have the option to cancel my Priority Service Plan?

As sorry as we would be to see you go, we understand personal circumstances can change. You aren't tied into any contracts when you sign up for Priority Service Plan and can choose to cancel at any time. Get in contact with our aftercare team and they will be able to take care of the rest.

Are wear and tear items covered by Priority Service Plan?

Priority Service Plan doesn't cover the cost of wear and tear items.
