I would just like to say this was the most pleasant and easiest experience of the sales experience I have had in the 40 years since I first purchased a car. We had heard good things about Macklin's from friends and acquaintances as well as good reviews of the car we chose. The making of an appointment with the disability specialist salesman was simple and the welcome friendly and professional. Display of the cars made it easy for me to try them out. He knew his cars and was able to help us with our choice and the various options. I used to train and manage sales in my early career and I would have been proud to have him as part of my team. Everything about the transaction, including keeping us up to date with everything, processing the paperwork and ensuring the on time delivery of the car was impressive. I cannot think of anything that would have improved the experience. He made it easy for us and we have no hesitation in recommending the company and the car which we love.

From May 2016 I was searching for a new mobility car. I went to Macklin motors Hamilton where I was introduced to the Motability specialist although I was a few months early he was extremely helpful as I was interested in Fords. I was very pleased with the attention and friendliness my wife and I received from him and everyone at Macklin motors. With his help and experience I selected the ford Kuga titanium x. Its a lovely car and I would like to thank everyone at Macklin motors for their help and professional advice.

I had never dealt with a mobility car before but after meeting with the rep. at Macklin motors we had an excellent experience and we're made to feel at ease as he answered all our questions and explained how it would work. We left our meeting and I must say we were both pleased with our reputation. I have bought cars before from other firms but all my dealings will be with Macklin Motors from now on. I have just picked up my new Ford Fiesta from Macklin Motors in Hamilton. This is the third car I have bought from this branch. The customer service from Sales Executive and Sales Manager was absolutely excellent from start to finish. They both made me feel like a very valued customer and could not have been any more helpful. With the sales executive leading by example with his warm and friendly approach with customers and the fact that they both have excellent product knowledge and great communication skills I felt I was getting the best advice possible for choosing my new car. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

Thanks to the team for getting my car fixed again this morning, it is a new EcoSport that has had a problem with both its indicators on the wing mirrors, one was replaced a few weeks ago and the other one was replaced today, I had the car back by 10.30 and it was all washed and hovered which was nice. Great service!!

First of all can I congratulate you on your new flagship Nissan Dealership at Port Dundas I purchased my Nissan Note in November 2015 from the Executive there who was only weeks in the job as a salesman I booked my car in a few weeks through your head office and was impressed by another guy who asked what day suited me so I was booked in for today. When I arrived at 8 a m this morning I was greeted with a welcome smile from one of the women then the service advisor came out to welcome me to the flagship dealership. When I returned to pickup the car he gave me a brief tour of showroom and parts dept of which I purchased a keying, the young chap was very polite and courteous and had only been with you for 7 months. My car was brought to the front all washed and hovered out and a complimentary air freshener. Can I just say 10 out of 10 to all your staff I have worked in the motor trade for 42 years in the taxi side, so its nice to give credit where due.Keep up the good work

Excellent customer service from the service team at Nissan Darnley, service manager and the girl service advisor were great in taking my car into get fixed without a booking. Car was washed and hovered too.

I came to view the car on bank holiday weekend and met with the Business Manager who let us view the vehicle inside the show room as it was raining outside, very thankful and it was a great idea. I then took the vehicle for a test drive with the Sales Executive who very patiently took me and my family for a long test drive to my home to see if the car would fit in our garage and it did so we came back and purchased the car. I would like to thank the Sales Executive at your Hamilton branch for the help and professional manner in arranging my new motability vehicle. The car is speedy and such a quiet, smooth drive. I also feel less disabled in it, feels more carefree but the seats are really supportive for my spine. I actually can get in and out of it easier than I did with my Peugeot. The thank you video I received after delivery was a great touch as well, keep up the good work.
