Thanks to the team for getting my car fixed again this morning, it is a new EcoSport that has had a problem with both its indicators on the wing mirrors, one was replaced a few weeks ago and the other one was replaced today, I had the car back by 10.30 and it was all washed and hovered which was nice. Great service!!

I bought a brand new EcoSport in June, I love it, it is my pride and joy!! A few weeks ago I noticed that the indicator on the passengers side wing mirror had water in it. I immediately contacted the Sales Executive who sold me the car, he asked me to bring it in as soon as I could, He had a look agreed it wasn't right and contacted the service department. A new one was ordered there and then. When the part arrived they fitted me in the next working day to have it replaced. Spoke to the Sales Executive who kept me updated during the repair and I had my car fixed while I waited. Great service from both Sales and Service Department. Thanks

I have to say the customer service was fantastic. The Executive who dealt with me looked after our needs, wants and desires, he was friendly, warm and very trusting. Definitely an asset to the company, until speaking to him my customer service experience had been poor elsewhere but he restored my faith, so much so that when returning with my daughter we asked for him. This young man deserves the honour of employee of the month! Keep up the excellent customer service!
