Helen's Story
Helen Robinson, a Motability customer since 1979, calls the Motability car she received through Macklin Motors a "lifeline". With her adapted Motability car, Helen can now get to work and social events without worry. It's not just the car though, as Helen says the personal touch, advice, and hard work of the Macklin Motors team means that she'll "never leave Macklin Motors" to look for a new Motability car.
Jamil's Story
Jamil has been Motability user since 2001, and finds the process of getting a new Motability car from Macklin Motors simple and hassle free. A wheelchair user, Jamil came to Macklin Motors to find out how we could help him get a vehicle that matched his needs.
With help from our Motability team, Jamil received a specialized adapted wheelchair vehicle, with individual controls and a roof box to fit his wheelchair. Jamil says that the team at Macklin Motors go "that little bit extra" to help find cars that don't just fit a drivers needs, but also their personality.
Jaqueline's Story
Jacqueline, a Motability customer, came to Macklin Motors to find a vehicle to suit her specific needs, looking for a vehicle with higher seating than her current car. The Macklin Motors team arranged arranged to pick Jacqueline from her home, and take her on a test drive in a vehicle we thought would be suitable. As Jacqueline was happy with the car, we offered to help sort a vehicle out that day, helping her to find the right car quickly, and with minimal hassle.
