I bought a brand new EcoSport in June, I love it, it is my pride and joy!! A few weeks ago I noticed that the indicator on the passengers side wing mirror had water in it. I immediately contacted the Sales Executive who sold me the car, he asked me to bring it in as soon as I could, He had a look agreed it wasn't right and contacted the service department. A new one was ordered there and then. When the part arrived they fitted me in the next working day to have it replaced. Spoke to the Sales Executive who kept me updated during the repair and I had my car fixed while I waited. Great service from both Sales and Service Department. Thanks
