Can you believe it? We've been around for a whole decade!
Our Macklin story started when our parent company, Vertu Motors plc, bought Dunfermline Motors in 2009... The dealership continued to trade under the same name until 2010, when it was reborn and relaunched as Macklin Motors. From that one dealership, we've gone from strength to strength, and have grown to add another eleven dealerships across Scotland. We're now proud to represent eight of the world's major motoring manufacturers, offering new Ford, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Kia, Hyundai and Peugeot models, as well as giving our customers access to thousands of quality assured used vehicles across a range of the best-known car franchises.
Where it began.
Opening our first Scottish dealership in 2010, Macklin Motors has grown to become known for choice, quality and exceptional customer service in Scottish motor retailing.
