My passenger side window broke and was fully down on the lock position, given that I could not secure the car I immediately took it to the garage. They booked it in straight away and manged to give us a lift home, I also booked my car in for service and MOT while it was there, Thank You

On arrival i was approached by the sales man Steven. Steven was very knowledgable about the car i was intrested in and not at all pushy during the sales. He also told me everything he knew about the sales process and figures. All the staff i dealt with at the dealership were polite and cuteous at all times. The new Ford is amazing, im so pleased with the car but the thing that stands out was the amazing service that we received at the dealers. The salesman Billy was brilliant, we didnt feel pressured or rushed into buying our new car. Billy was brilliant from start to finish.
