Another day, another announcement!  This pandemic has created an ever-changing situation, and I appreciate the understanding and patience of both our customers and colleagues while we work to continue delivering a high standard of service while keeping everyone safe.  

Following the latest announcement by the Scottish Government regarding Coronavirus restrictions, I would like to assure you that we are here to support our customers and local communities during the current lockdown, although there will be some changes which come into effect from 16th January 2021. These are outlined below.

Our sales teams are available by telephone, live chat and video appointments are available for those customers who need new mobility solutions, and our aftersales teams are available for servicing, MOT and repairs to keep you on the road. We know that the car is essential in the lives of many customers.

Our sales teams are all still on hand to help with video appointments where you can explore your chosen car via video call, or there’s always a telephone call where we can answer any questions, talk you through options and tailor packages to suit you.
