What to Expect From An Appointment With Us
If you’re looking to make an appointment with a member of our friendly sales team, it’s really easy to get booked in. We offer appointments in-dealership, or via video call, so you can chat to us whichever way suits you best.
Our online booking form allows you to schedule your appointment in a few simple steps. We just need some details, such as what type of appointment you need, whether you would like a dealership or video appointment, and the time and date that works for you. Once you have submitted your booking enquiry, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your appointment and to check what you’d like to discuss with us - this will ensure that we have everything ready for your appointment.
Dealership Appointments
All you need to bring with you to your dealership appointment is your driving licence and we will take care of the rest. When you arrive, a member of our team will welcome you and offer you a choice of refreshments.
Your appointment can take between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on what you would like to discuss. We can talk through your vehicle requirements and show you a wide range of options that may be suitable, plus you will have the opportunity to test drive any models that you are interested in. We can also outline the various finance options and tell you about any extras such as accessories and service plans that may be of value to you.
Video Appointments
A few minutes before your video call, we will send you a link via email or text (as arranged in your pre-appointment call). You just need to click this link and your advisor will be waiting for you.
Our video calls are very similar to our dealership appointments, meaning you’ll be able to discuss the same things you would if you were visiting us in-store. We can show you any vehicles that you’re interested in via video and can provide you with information around finance options, and any extras such as accessories and service plans.
If you decide that you would like to make a purchase following a video appointment, we can arrange everything online, so there’s no need to come into the dealership if you don’t want to. All documentation can be signed through our e-sign process, and we can deliver your vehicle to you, or there’s the option of Click and Collect if you would prefer.
